Membership Due Levels
- Student: $5
- Individual: $10
- Family (two adults and their children under 18 years of age): $15
- Patron (person/group – to support the arts at a higher level): $50+
- Benefactor (person/group – to support the arts at the highest level): $100+
- Organization (not-for-profit): $25
- Corporation (business or for-profit org.): $100+
Print and mail the membership form (Word Document) to the address below, or:
Send your name/business name, e-mail (optional), mailing address, phone, desired membership level, and check payable to Hendricks County Community Foundation (write "Hendricks County Arts Council" on the memo line) by mail to: Hendricks County Community Foundation, 5055 East Main Street, Suite A, Avon, IN 46123. Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by the law.
The membership year is January 1 - December 31.
